What a Gem
I have never owned a bundt cake pan. Owning a bundt cake pan that will turn out a decorative cake without having to deocrate the cake yourself, that is like a miracle to me.
I became a baking fanatic over the holidays with this pan. The joy of even baking, non-stick and a lovely design was too much for me to resist. Besides, to decoarte my cakes all I had to do was dust some sifted confectioner’s sugar over the top and voila, a decorative and festive cake.
This pan turns out a lovely cake, not too fussy and such a versitile design. I am looking for any reason to bake using my new cake pan, thank goodness Mardi Gras is here and I have an excuse to do more baking.
Great Pan
I bought a few f these pans, most were for gifts, but I kept one for myself. I have only used it once, but it released the cake beautifuly. I would recommend it if you are sick of flimsy pans and want a heavy duty pan.
Excellent….
Cuisinart makes excellent quality products. The pan is made from thick material which means it will last a long time. I have baked several bundt cakes using this pan and it always come out clean with the help of baking pan spray (oil & flour).
